2......years.....old.....

EEEEKKK! we have been doing really well with carrson and the "terrible twos" but now all the teeth that hes had 2 years to have come in, are deciding that they ALL want to come in now :( poor baby he is soooooo so so moody he has never had more than 1 tooth break at a time and now the remaining teeth on the bottom are ALL coming and getting ready to break the surface :( and we....are...struggling! almost every diaper is YUCK runny runny nose, horrible mood toddler :( Carrson is so compliant usually but lately he's just beside himself and I know he's not usually like this, he is a really bad teether, not every kid is but we are lucky i suppose, anyway usually all these "symptoms" go away once the tooth is through so in this case once all the teeth are through he should be better! I can't wait to get my little boy back!

He got a scooter for his birthday and he is getting really good at it! I had to run after him the other day because before i knew it he was half way down our street! on the sidewalk of course but still he is fast! i'll have to get a video of him riding it uploaded on here...

Can I just send out a quick Bah hum bug for Valentines Day! I love my husband dearly dont get me wrong but seriously!!!! If you have to wait for a calender scheduled day to have a romantic night out with your man/woman something is wrong... I'm not big on Valentines Day if you can tell, and rusty has always been so good to me on that day I just can't get in to it :( I hope everyone who is in to it has a great V-day though ;)

here is another new video, this is pretty much what we do everyday at least once is go to memaw and poppy's so he can play the drums


besides his love for the drums, carrson is getting really good at his scooter, i'll have to get some video of him doing that

Carrson and his Imagination

its amazing getting to watch your child grow and develop, over the last few weeks i've been watching him play and grow and he really likes to play hide and seek now he'll go hide and start counting haha its cute he can get to about 7 by himself i'll say 8 and then he says 9 and 10...we'll have to work on 8 lol...He also is really in to music and the drums and right now a new obsession with the "tuba" which is anything that makes noise with your mouth so he'll take different things put them in his mouth and play the tuba, he is also getting really good on the drums i'll have to upload a video of him playing its amazing to watch. His vocabulary now is just AMAZING it has tripled in just a few weeks there are a few words that i have trouble with but most of the time i just interpret for other people cause I know what he is saying or what he is trying to say. Rusty is pretty good at it but occasionally he'll look at me and say, "what did he just say?" its cute!

The weather here is unreal its warm unless a "cold front" comes in which is about once a week so for half the week we are in t-shirts and the other half we are in coats jackets and hats...its unreal this year! we really havent had consistently cold weather this year at all its all by way of a "cold front" its odd!

for ever changing weather!!

one day we are wearing shorts and the next we are wearing coats hats and gloves! this is crazy! sometimes i really wished we lived somewhere that allowed us some seasons...we finally cleaned our the nursery and cleaned out the playroom closet and got our house in an organized condition :) finally all the christmas stuff came down and got put away and we are just enjoying this psycho flip flop weather...since the cowboys are out of the playoffs now rusty has started playing flag football with his friends on sundays and he is enjoying that now...anyway i'll update next week
